Fun Memories with the Crawfords

This Thanksgiving we drove out to the Crawfords in Missiouri and had a blast. Here are some pictures of all our wonderful Highlights for a wonderful week. Thanks Crawfords....WE love and miss you already!

Black Friday Memories with my SISITER

Well I couldn't let Black Friday pass us by without being crazy and going. So my sister and I went after her husband got back from a midnight Toys R Us run. It only took him about 3 hours to get a few things. But we left at 2:30 because Old Navy said they opened at 3p.m. but we found out along with many others they couldn't so we sat in her car for a hour waiting until 4am. But we enjoyed just talking and being together. Finally, we went in and got our 15 coats for our kids that were normally 50 and waited in a hour line to check out. While waiting her husband called to say her 4 month old baby woke up and was hungry. So we quickly rushed out to her car to find out it wouldn't start. So we called him back up and left Mike with all the other kids at the apartment while he came and picked us up. We had quite the adventure we will never forget. We had fun being together and will never forget this cold morning Black Friday!

Pro Bass Shop

WOW! Way cool this year at Pro Bass Shop! My sister and her husband took us here one evening to celebrate Christmas after Thanksgiving. WOW! They went all out with decorations and tons of free activities for the kids and even a free Santa Picture. They kids went crazy and loved it here. We didn't want to leave because we don't have one of these where we live! We will just have to come visit more often to go to it again.

Thanksgiving DAY!

The reason for us coming was to celebrate this special day with a very special family.....The Crawfords. We are so glad to have them in our life and we had a very special day with them. Uncle Ryan even made homemade rootbeer for Thanksgiving day. Kamden though thought it was hot because of all the so called smoke he said.....He still won't drink rootbeer because it is hot! I laughed so much and I though to myself what a smart boy you are!
Making Turkey's is a Cottrell tradition that Jennifer and I used to do when we were little. So we couldn't let this year pass us by without carrying the same tradition. So here are some adorable pictures of our kids!

WOW!! What a lot of cute Turkey's!

Here is another tradition I used to do when I was little. We would always eat snacks before we had our big Turkey dinner. So this tree I would put all sorts of yummy stuff on it to eat. So Kallee this year did it for us!
We have so much to be grateful for this year and super grateful for this opportunity to be with the Crawfords. We are about 14 hours away so we don't get to see each other much. We love to be together because of all the cute kids just love to be together!

A day at the Farm!

JUMPIE FUN WITH THE CRAWFORDS

One morning the Crawfords took us here which was nothing but big huge jumpies for the kids. We had a blast and even the parents did. We were able to jump right along with them which was even more fun!
Look how cute all those cousins are!

My most wonderful sister and her new baby Tyler. I just want to thank her for the wonderful time we had and being so kind to us. All the food was wonderful and she always had something planned for us to do. What a amazing mother of 5 boys she is. All under the age of 7! She taught me so much in this week to be a better mother, sister, wife, and friend. She is so giving and always thinking of everyone else. Thanks so much for being such a great example to me and having stay with you for a week. I sure do love ya!

Kody, we couldn't believe! He will never go off and play on these things alone. He will never even do the McDonald play things either but here he just went crazy and followed all the boys all over the place. He had a great time and really broke out of his shell. You go Kody!

Crawford and Kerestes FUN!

Grateful for SISTERS!!!!

Here are some FUN pictures of our kids with their cousins that I just love! We had the best time ever in one week. We did so much and believe it or not there was 8 boys and 1 girls together for one week. Everyone got along and no one even fought. The kids loved each other so much and had the best time together ever! Thanks again Crawfords for having us!
Mike had heard that mentos blows up pop so we decided to put it to the test. Sure enough it worked very good and everone just loved it.
The kids liked it so much they begged Mike for more so he went and bought more Pop and mentos with Ryan!

One evening Jennifer and Ryan took us to a park to see all the Christmas lights. The weather was beautiful and the kids loved it. They ran all over the place with each other!

Kody and Tyler were best of buddies. They played so good together and the Crawford boys shared their toys so well.

This is my most favorite picture ever with all the kids together. Don't worry Kallee you are for sure out number but just think you still rule and are number 1. We love ya girl. But she didn't mind at all. She loved all the little boys and had so much fun with them. Even Karston at night asked Kallee if he could sleep next to her and during movies we always knew where Karston was.....right on Kallee's lap. Kallee also loved baby Kaleb. Everytime he made a peep she was holding him. And for all the boys they had a wonderful time together playing and being creative.

Kamden's and Kaden's Birthday

It was our little boy's birthday Nov.21st which was the day we drove to Jennifer's House! So we decided to celebrate in the car with opening his presents! He loved it and I think his parents like it even better. It entertained him forever! It was great! We even went to Opryland on his birthday so we ate at a restaurant that served him a Sundae! He had a really good day!

But he even lucked out twice because it was also his cousins birthday (Kaden's) who turned 4 so when we arrived at the Crawfords she had a party all over again for you and Kaden. She bought the awesomest cake that you loved and even games. Kallee headed up most the games and Dad did the pinata that Jennifer bought which she filled with tons of candy.

After the party she even gave all the kids goody bags filled with lots of fun treasures. So thanks so much Jennifer for a wonderful party. Our kids just loved it and had so much fun with your boys!

Kamden says THANK YOU AUNT JENNIFER AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU KADEN!

Celebrating with Kamden's B-day

Nashville (Opry Land)

This year for Thanksgiving we had the opportunity to go visit my sister Jennifer and her family in Missouri. Well on our way we decided to show the kids where we lived for 2 years about 6 year ago at Nashville (Opryland). We had a wonderful time. There is no place like Opryland!
Here everyone is watching the watershow! They loved it and wanted to watch it again and again!
Being here brought back many wonderful memories! Kyle was even born here right in Nashville hospital. So he thought that was pretty cool. When we lived here Mike and I took Kallee and Kyle here all the time. But for Kamden and Kody this was there first time ever!

Kerestes Family walking through the Opryland atriums. They already had it decorated for Christmas and talk about beautiful. We love all the plants, lights, entertainment, water, fish, and ect. We already look forward to going back again someday!

Happy Birthday Kallee

Kallee was looking forward to this day for a very long time! She had been planning on her party for over months! Here is what she wanted to do and did do......
First of all you can't have a party without food!!! Almost all of these girls where from gymnastics and let me tell you they OUT ATE ANY BOY I HAVE EVER SEEN! Kallee's dad cooked pizza bagels, tator tots, carrots, celery, carrots, cookies, and icecream. Before we could even blink it was all gone. The minute he put the food out the girls just grabbed and ate. WOW!!!! SO we learned you had better be prepared with all these hungry gymnasts. By the way Kallee says THANKS to her DAD for all the yummy food! Kallee wanted to play several games and most important a fashion show! The girls all dressed up in several different outfits and walk down the catwalk. They had so much fun and talk about a lot of cute laughs.
These presents are from her family and extended family! She loved everything and wants to say THANKS AGAIN everyone!
Her party theme this year was ROCK STAR! We had lots of fun decorations, food, games, and awesome gifts. We had a blast with all those girls here in our house. Just think Kyle....you thought it was cool now to have over 16 girls in our house just wait until you are 16!
But we love you so much Kallee girl and wish you the very happiest birthday ever!
