Happy Birthday Kody Adam Kerestes

Kody really likes Transformers so this is what he wanted for his Birthday party this year! It turned out to be a lot of fun and Kody had a Blast!

Kody's Transformer Party

Kody this year asked me for a friend Birthday party. So I said sure and he had a blast. We played Transformer walk, hunt for the Transformer cube that was filled with candy, and played transformer bowling. Afterwards, Kody opened up his gifts and then fed everyone lunch. We ate hotdogs, chips, spinach salad, cupcakes, ice cream, and pop. Before everyone left Kody handed out Transformer gifts bags that had play dough, bubbles, bubble wands, candy, and side walk chalk inside. Kody really enjoyed his special Birthday Party.

Kody's Transformer Birthday Party

Happy Birthday Kody who is big 4! This year you chose a Transformer Birthday Party because you love Transformers and the movie. So we went all out for our favorite 4 year old!We went to Dad's work and he helped us print off all the cool transformer pictures. Thanks so much Dad! They are awesome. With his help and Kallee's we decorated the kitchen all up with Transformers, balloons, and crate paper.

Every Month we love to have the missionaries over and feed them. This time it happened to fall on your birthday which of course made their day. Dad made pizza and cupcakes because that is exactly what you wanted. We had a lot of fun celebrating this special day with you.

After Dad made the cupcakes, I iced them and put these cool Transformer Picks that we made into your cupcakes. You thought they looked pretty cool but most of all loved the chocolate icing which you chose.

More SNOW in North Carolina

You wouldn't believe it but we have more SNOW here in High Point, North Carolina. We are so happy because for years we haven't had this much snow. When we moved here everyone told us you are lucky if you get a little bit of snow. So this was our 4th time for snow. The kids were so happy. They have loved playing outside.Kyle proud of his big huge snowball.
Kody and Kyle making huge snowballs. Both the boys have played hours out in the snow.

Kallee has even enjoyed the SNOW probably the most in the family. Everytime it snowed she was the first person out to play in it. It didn't matter if it was already dark outside or bright and early in the morning she had her boots on and ready to play. This snow storm she made the cutest snowman and snowdog.

Kerestes Kids love SNOW!

Boys will be BOYS

Kody and Kamden being little BOYS! I am having so much fun here at home with Kody and Kamden. They are little buddies and love each other very much. Where one little monkey is the other is right behind. They get a long really well and play together a lot. It has been a blessing to have them only 20 months apart.
Kamden's big news is.....he is pottey trained at only 2 years and 3 months old. His family is so proud of him and especially MOM!! Way to go Baby Kamden!!!!

Valentine's Dinner

After church we came home and made a fun Valentine dinner. Kody helped mom bake and ice this yummy valentine heart brownie. It looks like he even tasted it to make sure it was O.K.
This year we decorated the table with our Valentine decor and made Heart shaped meatballs with spaghetti and corn.

Happy Valentine's Day! I sure do love each and everyone of you! Thanks for making my day so very special and giving me lots of LOVE!
Thanks for all your help Dad, Kallee, Kyle, Kody, and Kamden. We all had a wonderful Valentine's dinner!

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day at the Kerestes Home! I woke up Sunday morning and made everyone a Valentine's Breakfast. I made strawberry milk and pink heart shaped pancakes. I love you guys!
Also this year, I sewed over 75 felt kisses for the kids to stuff with hershey kisses, jolley ranchers, and a little toy to pass out to church, school, gymnastics, friends, and Kyle's basketball team. We had a lot of fun doing this!

Kody and Kamden decided we needed to have a friend Valentine Party at our house. So we decorated our house with Valentine's decor, invited friends, made yummy food, played games, and even planned a craft for our party. The boys had a blast and I know we will be doing this all over again next year.

Winter Fun Memories

Super Bowl

The super bowl at the Kerestes House was a little split. You all probably know I do not watch a lot of sports....well O.K. hardly any but I do like the Colts. I had been cheering them on for this last season. So when I found out they made it to the Super Bowl I was pretty excited. So I decided to have a Colt Super Bowl party. But Kyle cheered against the Colts and it was a good thing he did. Because the Colts ended up losing and so Kyle went to bed with a great big SMILE on his face. We had fun though watching and cheering together. Hopefully, next year the Colts will make it again but this time not end up losing. GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!
