A day at the FORT in Fort Bridger, Wyoming

While we were in Wyoming we went to the Fort Bridger Fort where mom worked for 4 years in the summer to help pay for college!

The day was beautiful and we had so much fun seeing the fort!

Kallee enjoying the summer day at the FORT!

The Kerestes Family at the FORT!

Grandpa's Cart CRAZY FUN

The kids love Grandpa to push them around in the store! He spins them and tries to see how long of skid marks they can leave on the store floor. I can hear them laughing all over the store!

Stopping for a while for a sample! Grandpa only went back a few times! We had so much fun watching him push the kids!

Utah

We decided to spend two days with Danielle and Alexus in Utah! We had a blast seeing her and being with her! We ate lots of good food, went to BYU campus, Pirate Arcades, and shopping. We even spent the night at Danielle's House! WE love you guys and thanks for a wonderful time!

Wyoming ROCKS!

One of our favorite things to do in Wyoming is to go ROCK Hunting. As you can see Mike and I teach them young. "Look Mom and Dad what I found!" We teach them good! He found the best fire rock that the indians used as their fire rings when they roamed in Wyoming. So we brought his rock home and we love it! Way to go BABY! He just loves to find ROCKS!

Our kids thought this was way to cool to ride in the back of Grandpa's truck going down the dirt road to look for rocks! We had the best day ever! We found a lot of amazing rocks. Kallee found half of an arrow head and Kyle found half of a spear. Baby found a fire rock and Kody found tons of beautiful arrow head chippings. The kids did better than the parents. I tell you what they had a lucky ROCK day!

The weather was beautiful and we couldn't be happier to spend the day with Grandpa, Grandma, and Jessica. We even saw the rock wall where the Pioneers signed their names. We even had a peaceful picnic there until Mom lit her huge firecrackers making a lot of loud noise. She had way to much fun blowing things up and even her hubby joined the fun. We tried to see how high we could blow a pop bottle in the air.

Let me just tell you WYOMING ROCKS! WYOMING ROCKS al0ng with the 3 people who live there.....Grandpa, Grandma, and Jessica

Day with Great Grandma Pete

We love our Grandma Pete so much and have been looking forward to this day for a long time!

Grandma Pete made all the boys housecoats for the winter and Kallee PJ's. I love how cute they are and they are so proud of them. You boys are going to be super warm and cozy this winter thanks to Grandma Pete!

A special day with their Grandma Pete at her home in Evanston Wyoming! Aug. 2010

Even Jessica came with us to share this special day. We of course had to stop off at the Evanston Rock shop. But we were all disappointed because a new man came in and quadtripled the prices on all the rocks. He just came from California so it will be interesting to see how he does. What we bought for $4.oo was now $16.00. But we still had fun looking and saw a lot of awesome Rocks!

Our special day with Grandma we had a blast. We made conference popcorn, peanut butter fudge, chocolate fudge, and divinity. She also made us a wonderful dinner! Kody's favorite is fudge so instead of eating his dinner he ate so much FUDGE! Grandma Pete couldn't believe how much FUDGE he put down. But all we could say was he loves Grandma Pete's fudge.

Kallee stirring the candy and enjoying being with Grandma. She wishes she wasn't so far at least not 30 hours so she could hang out with Grandma Pete more often.
We love you so much Grandma and thanks for a special day!

Wyoming Memories

We had so much fun in Wyoming and enjoyed every minute together! The weather was wonderful and we loved the fresh air!
Mike jumping with the kids.

Grandpa and the kids getting ready to cook hotdogs from the fire pit in their backyard!

All the kids doing crafts with Aunt Jessica! She had already a ton of fun crafts for the kids to color, glue, and cut-out. They were so cute. They colored frogs, lions, made toilet paper animals, and much more. She is so creative and the most fun AUNT to be with! She even did water balloons and played with the kids all the time! We are so lucky to have her in our family!
Our timing worked out great for her because she just came home from BYU IDAHO a week before we arrived! YEAH

Grandpa and the kids!

We couldn't come home without making sandcastles and dams. I did this all the time when I was a little girl. Just like I did our kids had a blast in this HUGE giant sandbox! It brought back a lot of fun memories!
