This year as a family we decided to have a Service Jar for the month of December! How this worked is everyone in the family would do some act of service each day. Everytime we did we put a candy kiss in a jar. When the whole jar was filled up we would have a party as a family. This was the most rewarding family project. Some acts of service where small but other required more amounts of time. Kallee and Kyle enjoyed this the very most and could hardly wait to put their kiss in the jar. Someday's they would even put 2 kisses in the jar!
One act of service we all did was make over 75 bags of candy to pass out to church classes and Kallee's gymnastics friends.
We also made 24 boxes and filled them with treats to hand out to families, teachers, and neighbors.
We can't wait to do it again next year!
