We were able to visit the grave of Alvin Smith.
We couldn't believe we were standing in the same room as Joseph Smith and where 5,000 of the first Book of Mormons were published. We took a tour of how Grandin published the Book of Mormon. Heavenly Father had everything perfectly timed out. It is really amazing! We will never look or hold a Book of Mormon the same.

So...you always see these pictures but we were able to see the original paintings. We just couldn't believe it.
As a family we could feel the spirit here in this building so strongly. We know that this book is true. It has changed our life forever. We love it and strive to live by it. We thank Joseph Smith and all the many others who helped to get this special book in our hands. We know he lived and listened to our Heavenly Father.
